How often will I be billed and when do the subscriptions renew?
You will be billed once a month, and the renewal date depends on the renewal schedule. Please refer to the table below for the schedule.

Can I cancel or skip a month?
Yes! You will have full control over your subscription! You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you also have the option to skip a month. You can make the changes to your subscription when you log into your account at oltonew.shop and click on Manage Subscriptions.
When do they ship?
Our shipping policy of 2-3 business days processing will apply to this subscription so it will ship 2-3 business days after the subscription is renewed.
If I get charged for a set that I don't want can I return it?
Absolutely! If the set is unused, you are welcome to return it for store credit. Our policy on Refunds/Exchanges will still apply to this subscription.
Why is my FREE shipping code or any DISCOUNT code not working?
The monthly subscription is already discounted. Therefore, it is no longer eligible for any further discount. This includes the Free Shipping discount.
Can I use my Paypal instead of a Credit Card?
Unfortunately, no. You can only use your card in paying for your subscription. In the event that you use your Paypal or any other payment method other than your credit card, your purchase will be treated as a single transaction, and it will not renew the following month.
If I have multiple subscriptions, can I schedule them all to renew on the same day so I can save on shipping?
Yes, of course! If you are subscribed to multiple monthly subscriptions, all of them will be combined into 1 order and will ship together within 2-3 business days once they renew on the 27th of each month. However, this would not apply for Stencil Art as it has a different frequency, so it needs to have a separate order.
What are the advantages of getting the subscription?
You are guaranteed to get the set every month! With the subscription, you don’t have to race with other customers to go to our website just to place an order. You can just sit and relax and wait for your subscription products to be delivered right at your doorstep! You also get the sets at a lower price and early access to new subscription products a month before they release to the public!
Is there a lock-up period?
No lock up period! You can cancel your subscription at any time! There is no lock-up period as to when you can cancel it. You will have full access to tools that will help you modify your subscription plan to fit your budget.
How can I manage my subscription?
You can make changes to your subscription when you log into your account at oltonew.shop and click on Manage Subscriptions.
Should I order the products when I am already subscribed?
When you subscribe to any of our monthly subscriptions, you are guaranteed to get the new set each month. You don’t have to race with other customers to go to our website just to place an order. You can just sit and relax and wait for your NEW set to be delivered right at your doorstep!
I just subscribed, can I purchase the previous sets/kits?
Yes, you can purchase the past sets/kits at a regular price.
I'm outside the USA, can I still subscribe?
Absolutely! You can subscribe to any of the Subscription Plans even if you're outside the USA.
Why is Stencil Art not included in the Ultimate Subscription Plan?
All Subscription Plans included in the Ultimate Subscription Plan renews on a monthly basis. Stencil Art Subscription Plan is on a bi-monthly renewal basis.
